 In 2021, the US Congress passed the No Surprises Act which requires healthcare providers to inform you of the cost of their services up front. After the initial evaluation session ( $230=237) depending on your method of payment,) my services are based on a 45 minute session ($210-216). The frequency of our sessions is determined jointly by you and me, based on your need, your preference, and your financial circumstances. For 4 monthly sessions, the fee would be $840 per month (or $864with credit card payment); for 2 monthly sessions, the fee would be $420( or $432 with credit card payment). If your insurance companies reimburses you for a portion of these fees, your costs will be lower. Because I do not have any relationship with your insurance company, I am not able to determine your final cost.
